Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of work.

- If work has already started, cancellation may be approved only after deducting charges for work completed, time spent, and resources allocated.
Late Cancellations
- Once development, design, or execution has significantly progressed, cancellation requests will generally not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

- The service has not yet started.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Work has already been started or completed.
- Delays caused due to lack of client communication, approvals, or required content.
- Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, licenses, plugins, APIs, or paid tools.
- Digital marketing, SEO, or advertising services once execution has begun.
- Custom development or design services delivered as per agreed scope.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:
- Cost of completed work
- Time invested by the team
- Administrative and operational expenses
- Any third-party charges already incurred
Refund Process
- Refund requests must include invoice/payment details and a valid reason.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 to 21 business days.
- Refunds are credited using the original payment method only.
- Transaction or gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.
No Cash Refunds
Seefat Technologies does not provide cash refunds. All refunds are processed digitally to the original source of payment.
Project Hold or Suspension
If a project is placed on hold at the client’s request:
- Payments already made remain non-refundable.
- Project resumption may require revised timelines or additional charges.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute related to refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies.
