• No work will be delivered or deployed until outstanding payments are cleared.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Seefat Technologies until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
• The Company retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by written agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Pricing and strategies

Third-Party Services

• The Company may use third-party tools, APIs, plugins, hosting, or platforms.

• Any third-party costs are borne by the Client unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

Warranty Disclaimer

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• The Client engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.

Upon termination, outstanding dues remain payable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Punjab, India.
